Redwatch was started in 2019 as an initiative to perform independent CTI research. Initially the scope was focused on primarily providing (guest)lectures to universities and supporting academic research.
After providing guest lectures at several commercial enterprise organizations it grew into requests to provide tailored threat intelligence support to organizations that wanted to further develop their CTI/SOC/CERT capabilities.
Since 2021 RedWatch has helped several enterprise organizations further mature their cybersecurity capabilities during full-time embedded engagements lasting a minimum of 6 months. For this we developed our own training materials, tools and datasets with a hands-on technical focus. Apart from this, several shorter term engagements and investigative supports engagements were provided on request.
Redwatch will be fully engaged until Q4 2025, but will be available for new engagements Q1 2026.
